Overview

This hypergraph has Yelp users as nodes and monthly co-review groups for Las Vegas, NV bars as hyperedges. Each hyperedge is associated with a bar category. The dataset was derived from the Yelp Kaggle competition data.

Attributes

This dataset has the following edge attributes:

• category : string: The category of the bar that the users co-reviewed.

Simplicial Interpretation

For simplicial complexes, the suggested construction to satisfy simplicial closure is to interpret the category label as a set. Non-maximal simplices get the category of all maximal simplices they are contained in.
